Accounting Team Leader

  • 1/3 management of your team: monthly individual meetings and mid-year/annual reviews, training plans, recruitment of new teammates in your team, day-to-day follow-up, support to the COE Team Leader to coordinate human strategies
  • 1/3 strategic animation of your team: country onboarding roadmap of the process(es) under your scope, management of priorities within the team, Accounting Quality and Satisfaction animation within the team, COE team project mission
  • 1/3 participation in operations: you should understand the day-to-day activity of the team, in order to be able to step up if your team needs your help or the circumstances required, according to the attributed scope (AP, bank, cashing up, cash out, EONE, FA, FX, Intercos, Margin, Accounting partner). 


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Previous management experience
  • Responsibility, dynamism, and authenticity
  • Leadership skills and a good sense of organization
  • The motivation and curiosity to work on a new project where there is everything to build: you need to be comfortable with uncertainty and hands-on as you will necessarily help with operations
  • Good English level: the language of the COE is English
  • Bonus points if you speak Portuguese, Spanish, French, or other languages as we work with many different countries
  • You need to be willing to learn Portuguese and integrate in the Portuguese culture and project
