Your Responsibilities
- Implement new digital solutions and manage equipment and tools
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, resolving user incidents and requests
- Oversee the integrity of the technological infrastructure by defining policies, managing risks, and ensuring the compliance and protection of our digital assets
- Help diagnose and resolve technical problems in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Support IT projects from concept to delivery
- Train and support users, promoting their autonomy
- Document processes and create useful, up-to-date digital resources
Your Profile
- You enjoy solving problems and have strong critical thinking skills
- You communicate clearly, even in technical contexts
- You are autonomous, organized, and a team player
- You have a higher education degree in an IT-related field (Computer Engineering or similar)
- You are fluent in Portuguese and have a good understanding of English (minimum B1 level)
- You have national/international mobility
