JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily Treasury
  • Oversee and control daily cash inflows and outflows by monitoring the daily cash position
  • Ensure the reliability of financing flows and adherence to repayment schedules
  • Manage daily cash operations to ensure working capital and capital requirement needs are met
  • Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and positions
  • Optimize treasury processes

  • Financial Risk Management
  • Identify, mitigate, and hedge financial risks associated with operations in collaboration with Group Treasury
  • Actively participate in fraud detection and prevention processes

  • Treasury Systems & Processes
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure appropriate control over treasury activities and compliance with internal control standards
  • Participate in the implementation of local and group-level projects

  • Financial Reporting
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing processes: validate and justify account balances (bank accounts, financing accounts, interest accounts, report financing positions and maturties, perform intercompany balance reconciliations, and reconcile financial results)
  • Analyze and direct the financial results within the scope of responsibility, proposing action plans for optimization

  • PROFILE

    Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Treasury
  • Solid understanding of treasury management systems
  • Knowledge of treasury practices, risk management, IFRS, and local GAAP
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (preferably advanced)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Autonomous and result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and strong attention to detail
  • Team player with an interest in automation and digitalization
  • Passion for physical activity and/or sports
